On September 30, 2017 alleged ISIS member, Abdulahi Sharif rammed Edmonton police constable Mike Chernnyk with his vehicle and then proceeded to stab him numerous times. Sharif then struck 4 pedestrians with a rental truck during a police chase. At the time on the incident police were investigating it as a terror attack as they recovered an Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant in the UHAUL van that rammed the police officer.

Terror suspect, Sharif is a Somali refugee who was detained by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement for four months pending deportation to Somalia. Sharif was released with an “order of supervision”, ICE lost track of him and the slimy bastard claimed refugee status in Canadistan, formerly know as Canada.

In 2015 Sharif was reported to the police when he expressed his hatred for Shia Muslims and his support for the Islamic State. After the investigation in 2015 he was deemed “not a threat”. Sharif is currently facing multiple charges yet terrorism doesn’t seem to be on his list now. Why is that?

Sharif underwent 2 psychiatric assessments as an attempt to abuse our legal system and was denied. Trial is set for October 15th, 2017 at the Edmonton Court House, where Sharif is facing 5 counts of attempted murder, aggravated assault and dangerous driving. No terrorism charges have been laid.

Sharif is married and his wife lives in Africa and he has no dependant children in his care.

Sharif was originally represented by lawyer, Karanpal Aujla but now is being represented by Samantha Labahn of ENGEL LAW. This is where is gets interesting.

Engel law is most known for the most lawsuits against Edmonton police officer or Corrections officers. Tom Engel is described as the most hated lawyer by law enforcement. Labahn with the help of her associates will have great experience in perusing cases against police, their polices, actions and the civil rights of these criminals. With police filing over 20 complaints to the Law Society of Alberta on Engel Law and with past cases where they represented pedophile, Lance Blanchard or when Engel sued police for defamation I can only imagine the victim cards that will be pulled for this illegal refugee. Engel son was arrested on drug charges and was let go due to Engel and his attacks on police policies. Let’s also not forget the allegations brought forward by Edmonton Remand Center guard that the female associates for Engel Law were smuggling drugs into the Remand by concealing the drugs in their vaginas.

This trial will now be about the conduct and policies of the police involved in the arrest. This trial will be decided based on technicalities over the reality of the act. Once again I predict that this Islamic terrorist will be released and free to go on technicalities and we will have another camel riding jihadist living in our neighborhoods.

On October 15th at 9am there will be a support rally for the officer attacked and the other victims of terrorism that horrible evening outside the Edmonton Court House. Please join and support our police and those fighting terrorism.
